Creamed Beef Casserole

Using just five ingredients, this is truly a simple pantry meal that you can throw together within minutes.

Even though it calls for a pint of canned ground beef, you can certainly use a pound of fresh or even substitute the beef for shredded chicken or ground venison (our favorite).

Tips for Making This Creamy Beef Casserole

If you are cooking from the pantry, this dish is an excellent candidate for using your powdered “greens” blend. It doesn’t alter the flavor but adds some much needed nutrition.

Note: A powdered greens blend is just dehydrated mixed greens that you then grind into a powder.

If you haven’t discovered the taste & health difference of making your own “cream of” soups, don’t miss this easy “Master Mix” recipe.

I was able to prep two “cans” of cream of mushroom and cream of broccoli in just a few minutes using my Master Mix.
