Digital Resources: While our digital downloads are non-refundable, we understand that accidental double-clicks happen. No worries! Just reach out, and we’ll work through it together.
Bumped and Bruised: If your package arrives with a little bump or hiccup, don’t hesitate to contact us—we’ll make things right. Just be sure to contact us within 14 days of shipping.
Print Resources: If you have a change of heart before you unwrap your resource, unopened items can make their way back to us within 30 days of shipping. A modest 15% restocking fee will apply.
Here’s how to send it back home:
- Shoot us an email at [email protected] with “Return Product” in the subject line.
- Include your order number and a quick note about why you’re sending it back.
- Can’t find your receipt? Reach out and we’ll help you track it down!
- Gently pack your product back into its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility. (We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.)

We’ll issue a refund once we receive your returned items. Please allow up to seven business days after the return arrives at our office for the refund to be processed.
