			- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 cup spinach leaves, chopped
 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - Toothpicks or kitchen twine (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket horizontally into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
 - Season the inside of each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
 - In a small bowl, mix together chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, and olive oil.
 - Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture, then secure the opening with toothpicks or kitchen twine if needed.
 - Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
 - Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
 - Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
 - Remove the toothpicks or twine before serving. Slice the stuffed chicken breasts and serve hot.
