“Food Prep Guide” offers practical wisdom on everything from shopping and storing food to growing and preserving your own, all from a Biblical perspective. Each chapter begins with Biblical principles, such as the value of hard work, responsible stewardship, and preparation for the future. Based on their personal experience, the authors have boiled down (pun-intended) their best food-preparation tips, saving the reader from the frustration of reinventing the wheel. With meal plans and recipes included, this book is an excellent guide for anyone interested in being more self-sufficient when it comes to their food.

I am a beginner(ish) stockpiler/prepper and am incredibly pleased with this book of knowledge. The abundance of trackers alone are worth their weight in gold to save my time and mind! I watched my grandmother and mother preserve food my entire childhood, but am extremely grateful to have all the tips, tricks, reminders, and advice included. What a keeper!

I purchased the digital Food Prep Guide yesterday. I love that it is Christian based and how it starts out with the Biblical principles. Although I am not a newbie at this, I really appreciate all the printable charts and look forward to using all the tools to become much better organized. My sufficiency isn’t in myself, but at the same time I believe we should all make the most of what we have….like using the talents mentioned in the Bible. It’s great that the two of you have put your heads together in this project. Great job, and God bless!

I love the Food Prep Guide! I bought it earlier this year to incorporate into our homeschool curriculum and to help me with my organizational skills. I grew up watching and helping my mom and grandparents grow and preserve food. My husband and I have grown and preserved some of our own food every year and have taught our kids the skills along the way.
The Food Prep Guide has been a tremendous resource to have. It has really helped this mom get it together and teach my kids how to be more self sufficient. Thank you so much for creating this guide and your YouTube videos. We are learning so much!
