How quickly will my order be processed? 

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. 

How long does shipping take?

We offer a number of shipping options so you can choose the one that best fits your situation. To see a shipping estimate, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, then go to the Cart page. Enter your zip code if prompted, and you will see a list of available shipping options for your order with estimated delivery dates.

Do you offer free shipping? 

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Standard U.S. only.

Why does my order show “awaiting pickup” on the tracking page?

When we mark an order as completed, that means the order has been filled and the package has left our shipping facility. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

The tracking page is updated once the package carrier scans the shipping label into their system. Sometimes the carrier doesn’t scan packages when they are picked up, which means the tracking page will show that the carrier is awaiting the package even after they’ve received it from us.

The tracking number should be updated with a delivery estimate once the package arrives at the carrier’s sorting facility. On occasion a package won’t show that it has been picked up from us until it is out for delivery, so please be patient. 

What are your international shipping options?

We ship almost anywhere in the world. To get a shipping estimate, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, then go to the Cart or Checkout page. On either of those pages, you’ll see a list of available shipping options for your order with the cost for each option. 

Please note that the shipping fee shown does not include any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be assessed by your country when the package is imported. We are not able to estimate customs fees for an order, nor can we mark an order as a gift to attempt to avoid customs fees. 

Please note that if an order is refused or returned to us, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

We also have e-book options for almost every resource in our store. Many of our international customers prefer to purchase e-books, then take those to a local office supply store to be printed. If you want do that and the office supply store asks for a permission letter to print any of our e-books, we’re more than happy to supply one. Just contact us with your order number and let us know which books you need permission to print.
