Ingredients

1. Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 1 cup of olive oil (you can use any type of oil you prefer)
  • 5 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup of sliced yellow onion or freeze-dried diced white onions
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of basil
  • 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar

2. Green Goddess Dressing

  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
  • 7 green onions

3. French Dressing

  • 1 cup of avocado oil or vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 cup of white distilled vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of onion salt (or half a teaspoon each of onion salt and garlic powder)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder (or taco seasoning for a milder flavor)

4. Classic Ranch Dressing

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

5. Classic Italian Dressing

  • 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
  • A sprinkle of Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. For all salad dressing types, blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. 
  2. Store in a Mason jar in the refrigerator and enjoy within 2 weeks.
