For the crust:
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10-11 crackers)
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
For the topping:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ cups holiday M&Ms
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- 1½ cups sweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until combined and moistened throughout.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan using your hands or the bottom of a measuring cup.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
- Add shredded coconut in an even layer over the chocolate chips.
- Scatter holiday M&Ms over the coconut layer.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the toppings, starting from the center and working outward.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes, until edges are golden brown and the condensed milk is set.
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for at least 2 hours, or refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Use the parchment paper to lift the bars out of the pan, then cut into 24 squares.
