			- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 12 oz Andouille sausage, sliced
 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 onion, sliced
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Chopped parsley for garnish
 - Cooked rice for serving
 
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
 - Add sliced Andouille sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
 - Add sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
 - Add minced garlic and Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
 - Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve the Cajun shrimp and sausage skillet over cooked rice.
