This Fourth of July charcuterie board is the ultimate no-cook party spread that comes together in just 15 minutes.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 8-10 people 1x

Ingredients

Scale

Proteins:

  • 8 oz salami, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz prosciutto
  • 6 oz pepperoni

Cheeses:

  • 8 oz white cheddar, cubed or sliced
  • 8 oz brie or goat cheese
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine)

Fruits:

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Crackers & Bread:

  • 1 box water crackers
  • 1 box butter crackers
  • 1 baguette, sliced

Extras:

  • 1/2 cup marcona almonds or candied pecans
  • 1/4 cup honey or jam
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start with your largest serving board, platter, or even a clean cutting board. If you don’t have one big enough, use two smaller boards or platters—no one will judge.
  2. Place your cheeses first, spacing them out across the board. This gives you anchor points to build around.
  3. Fold or roll the salami and prosciutto into loose shapes—nothing fancy, just enough so they’re easy to grab. Tuck them into empty spaces near the cheese.
  4. Add small bowls for the honey or jam. These keep things tidy and give the board some height variation.
  5. Pile the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in clusters around the board. Group them by color for that red, white, and blue effect.
  6. Fill in the gaps with crackers and baguette slices. Stand some crackers upright if you need to fill space or add visual interest.
  7. Scatter the nuts in any remaining empty spots. They’re great little fillers that add crunch.
  8. Tuck in a few sprigs of fresh herbs if you have them. Rosemary or thyme adds a nice pop of green and makes everything look a little more intentional.
  9. Serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.
