  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 8-10 people 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and stems intact
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 green apple, sliced and brushed with lemon juice
  • 1 cup pistachios, shelled
  • ½ cup green candied cherries
  • ½ cup red candied cherries
  • 1 cup green M&Ms
  • 1 cup red M&Ms
  • 1 cup white chocolate pretzels
  • 1 cup mint chocolate cookies
  • ½ cup red and green sprinkles
  • 10-12 mini candy canes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • 1 wooden serving board (approximately 16-20 inches)

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your cream cheese dip. Mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Transfer to a small decorative bowl.
  2. Wash all fruit thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Slice the kiwis and apple as needed.
  3. Place the cream cheese dip bowl in the center or to one side of your wooden board.
  4. Arrange the strawberries in a line or curve on one section of the board. The red creates a beautiful pop of color.
  5. Create clusters of red and green grapes in different areas of the board.
  6. Add sliced kiwi and green apple in their own sections, making sure to distribute the green elements evenly around the board.
  7. Arrange pistachios and candied cherries in small piles across the board.
  8. Fill in larger gaps with the M&Ms, separating the red and green colors into their own sections.
  9. Add white chocolate pretzels and mint chocolate cookies to balance out the board.
  10. Sprinkle the red and green sprinkles over the cream cheese dip.
  11. Place mini candy canes around the edges of the board as decorative elements.
  12. Tuck fresh mint leaves between items for additional pops of green and a fresh aroma.
  13. For best results, assemble this board no more than 2 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated until about 20 minutes before serving.
