			- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 cup broccoli florets
 - 1 cup snap peas
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/4 cup honey
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
 - Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
 - Cooked rice or noodles for serving
 
Instructions
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet.
 - Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
 - Serve the honey garlic shrimp stir fry over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
