			- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
 - Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Place each chicken breast on a cutting board and make several evenly spaced cuts across the top of each breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
 - Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
 - Stuff each cut of chicken with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
 - In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and dried thyme.
 - Brush the seasoned oil mixture over the tops of the stuffed chicken breasts.
 - Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
