Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pint canned ground beef or venison (or 1 lb fresh, browned)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (see “Notes” for making your own)
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup (see “Notes” for making your own)
- 1 pint dehydrated, shredded potatoes (rehydrated)
- Shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and pour into an 11×7 casserole dish.
- Top with cheese, and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

To rehydrate shredded potatoes, submerge in a bowl of water water at least an hour before cooking.
