This festive Christmas Ornament Charcuterie Board turns simple ingredients into a holiday-themed conversation starter. Great for holiday parties or Christmas grazing tables!

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 6-8 people 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz round gouda or brie cheese (for the center of the ornament)
  • 6 oz prosciutto, loosely rolled into small roses
  • 6 oz salami, folded into quarters
  • 4 oz pepperoni slices
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • ½ cup green olives
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup pistachios, shelled
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 3 breadsticks (for the ornament “hanger”)
  • Assorted crackers (to serve alongside)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fig jam

Instructions

  1. Start with a large round platter or board as your base.
  2. Place the round of gouda or brie in the center of your platter – this forms the main body of your ornament.
  3. Arrange prosciutto roses in a circle around the center cheese, forming the first “ring” of your ornament.
  4. Create a second ring using alternating groups of folded salami, pepperoni, and cheddar cubes.
  5. Make a third, outer ring using the fruits and nuts – group red items (cranberries, red grapes) together, then green items (olives, pistachios), and dark items (blackberries, blueberries) to create color blocks.
  6. At the top of your ornament, create a “ribbon” design using strategically placed rows of green olives and cranberries.
  7. Break breadsticks in half and arrange them at the very top of your ornament to create the look of an ornament hanger.
  8. Tuck small sprigs of rosemary between sections for color and a festive aroma.
  9. Place small bowls of honey and fig jam near the board for dipping.
  10. Arrange crackers in a half-circle at the bottom of your platter to complete the presentation.
